In my quest to get all things ready for another streak, (wished I could have a 100 day streak like Chris Downie) I still downloaded some stuff online today. All this is to make a no-excuse program that I can follow without much stress.
I eventually had this:
Mondays - Cardio
Tuesdays - Strength Training (Upper Body)
Wednesdays - Cardio
Thursdays - Strength Training (Lower Body)
Fridays - Cardio
Saturdays - Total Body Strength Training + Yoga
Sundays - Active Rest
As I write this now, I remembered a program I promised to do and I think I will still do that after 14 days of consistency with the above.
I hope to workout from home now, all things being equal. All shall be well
